At TUCKER, our menu changes often to showcase the highest quality,
freshest ingredients (and, to accommodate Andrew's mood that
morning). Andrew takes a decidedly unpretentious approach to
food and wine with a focus on simple, delicious flavors and textures
combined in unexpected as well as traditional ways. Although his
culinary influences come from around the globe, Andrew is most inspired
by the cuisine of Asia and the Western Mediterranean .
