Cocktail
From formal to casual or anything in between, these menus are ideal for pleasing a wide range of palates.  Cocktail receptions last 2-2 1/2 hours, with mostly savory items and a dessert or cheese selection.
$12 and up

Heavy Hors D'oeuvres
More substantial than cocktails, heavy hors d'oeuvres menus can suffice as a stand up dinner or for grazing over a few hours.
$18 and up

Buffets
More suited for casual dinner buffets, these menus usually include a few different meats, salads, vegetables and desserts.
$25 and up

Breakfasts
These menus range from continental style to hot breakfasts, buffets or Chef-attended omelette stations, and can be set in the office or home.
$10 and up

Lunches
Lunches can range from casual boxed meals to suitable for a picnic to elegant seated events with multiple courses.
$12 and up

Dinners
These menus are designed for formal seated events and typically include two hors d'ouevres, an appetizer, an entree and a dessert.
$40 and up
